Kristen Campo has combined over 20 years of creative expertise as an art dealer and interior designer in the greater Rochester area. She grew up in a family of artists and worked towards a BFA at Nazareth College. She gained her knowledge working in local art galleries for 17 years before obtaining her LLC in 2017 and branching out as Kristen Campo Fine Art & Design. In less than two months, her fledgling gallery headed to Miami to exhibit for its first time in Pinta Miami 2017, during Art Basel week.

"There is a lot of serious talent out there. My artists go to work everyday in their studios as professionals, this is not a hobby to them. They labor painstakingly at their craft. Artists who research and travel sometimes around the world to gather information and materials."

These are the type of creative personalities Kristen looks for as an art dealer. Campo has compiled a group of impressive artisans worldwide and locally and exhibits their work in national art fairs, as well as, local shows. In addition to keeping a gallery space on Monroe Ave in Brighton, Kristen Campo also aspires to continue to promote “The Contemporary Art Fair of Rochester” a local assimilation to the World Art Fair Market which has grown exponentially in the last twenty years. The first Contemporary Art Fair of Rochester was held in November 2018 and saw an attendance of 850 in just two and a half days.

The gallerists cultured eye has fielded art that she is confident will stand the test of time. “It is imperative to assist a client in finding art that speaks to them on a deeper level, where the heart does the talking, if we can achieve that I know that we have found a work of Art that will provide a lifelong love affair!”

In her interior design business, Kristen is passionate about the inclusion of fine works of art in her designs and creating an environment to showcase them in order to manifest the most sophisticated interiors that exude eye dropping originality, embody each client’s unique personality, as well as, unparalleled style.
